What that means for you

More of what you want
My goal is to empower my clients to make their best decisions about their future by choice rather than by circumstances. Simply knowing or finding out what options exist - whether it be downsizing to a smaller home/townhome or condo, moving in with another family member, moving to a retirement home or other rental apartment, or staying put (with or without renovating the existing home) can be overwhelming.
I am a guide for Vermont boomers and seniors and their families as they navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany home transition.

Personal focus
This is a life calling for me. I didn’t choose this position, it found me. As a teen, I watched my own ancestral family homes decline in the final years of ownership by my grandparents; they never looked worse than on the day they sold. This heart-break in my formative years was transformative. I was too young and not in a position to help my grandparents then, but I vow to help you now!
With my training and expertise, I have access to a myriad of resources, and an extensive network of exceptional specialists and who can present Seniors and their families with solutions.
